A Short Break at Andrewshayes Holiday Park

We visit West Dorset fairly regularly as we adore fossil hunting and exploring the Jurassic coast, so when we were invited to stay at Andrewshayes Holiday Park, just over the Devon border we jumped at the chance. The holiday park offers all-season camping, motorhome pitches, glamping pods and static holiday home rentals, all sat in rolling hills just off the A35, making it so easy to find that I didn’t even have to plug in my satnav. We are so excited about two upcoming family festivals we have planned this summer – Larmer Tree and Camp Bestival. Camping with kids can be a huge learning curve and our biggest mistake was made on our first year by camping on a hill – never easy especially with a toddler who was at the half crawling, half walking stage.
